Personaaly I am a Miller man, weld in a machine shop, have two older machines and a production welder, a Miller 252 will go a excellent job, can weld sheet metal or up to 1/2 inch, very easy to set, there scale on how to set welder is very close, .035 size wire 75/ 25 mix is what we use, doesn't splatter so much, Scott.
