Subject: Support lines to watch... PMs

Frytown, Iowa

Technicals to watch in gold/silver as well as keep attention to how well the "shopping holidays" go, bernanke speaking around december 12th, fiscal cliff smoke being blown (nothing will happened to cause disruption in the "agonizingly slow" recovery), and the war in the middle east...

all of these except the shopping holidays should be bullish for gold silver.... which would make sense for gold/silver to head lower into the shopping season to meet the support lines then in mid-late december head higher...

my opinion... multi year outlook it's a good time to buy in between now and the new year...

we may see grains find their lows in the same timeframe... and head higher however new highs will only happen if inflation really takes off... i believe that will happen sometime in the next 2-3 years but that is the downfall of grains... you cant hold them that long.

and if you believe that the bull run about to happen is too over publicized look back to the housing market... in the last 2 years of that run up everyone and their dog was buying multiple houses just to watch them increase in value... ARMs were the most popular loans as people were counting on their value to increase, people who had no clue about building houses were now "into construction" because there was demand, people quit their jobs to become "general contractors" and everyone was going to college to become real estate agents...

we dont see that in the precious metals markets yet... the publicity is just enough there that the large firms are going to move 10% of everyones 401k into the PMs market and when all the people are on welfare buying gold and silver like they did with their "new house" THEN it is over publicized...

the bull run will happen as 99% of the people at walmart have NO idea what gold or silver is worth...
