Put in a small mill, either roller or hammer.    Drive it with a 10hp motor.     Use either an auger or small/short leg to fill a 15-20 ton bin.

Set it all up to start, run and shut itself off automatically.   Probably put a small garden sized shed over the mill and controls.

IMO, less shrink by putting that dust into a bin will pay for the whole setup in a short amount of time.

Is an 1/8" screen really necessary?   

What avg micron size are you trying to achieve?
