My husband thinks it's a complete waste of money, and he actively shopped for a pickup that didn't have it.  My Envoy has it, and we agreed that I would keep up the subscription as long as I was taking the grandkids and/or my mother various places.  Only need one ditch run in the winter time with a 3yr old in the back seat for it to pay its way in my mind.
