Over the years my wife has canned quiet a few different vegtables but allways had instructions from canning book. With all the broccoli we have had I made a suggestion that some sort of relish made from it might be good to try. I thought she would try something like squash relish or chow chow but she added some olive oil to it like she does the broccoli slaw. She processed it 10 minutes in a water bath like she does her squash relish. How do you know if you have a safe product. |
