| Fold freezer paper to make pockets the size of your shelves, flatten out ground meat evenly in the pockets. I use a roller pin to push the meat into the corners than press down with a bred board on top to get all same thickness. Cut the top freezer paper off. Leave the bottom on for first couple hours in dehydrator. When done cut in strips with a sissor. I have a 9 shelf Montgomery Ward dehydrator and make 10# each batch. | |
