NE CO | Just back from the coffee shop this morning, and the custom cutters were starting to roll in. One fairly large operator claimed they hadn't reset their yield monitors since leaving home, and so far they had accumulated an average of 7 bu/ac for the year. This is hard red winter wheat country thru TX, OK, and KS. I'm not sure it will be much better here in NE CO. i've got 0-20 bu fields I think (or rather I hope). | |
