Central Nebraska | Have you looked into Stine? Seems there's a lot less b.s. - if they tell me they'll get me a variety, I get it. It doesn't get switched for the next best thing or taken off my order. My regional and district guys bend over backwards for me. The price difference is pretty incredible, also. Last year was the first year I used them, so I'm still a little leery about giving them so much of my business, but the service I get coupled with the savings is pretty nice. Every bean I planted of theirs out-yielded the other company I plant, and 3 of the corn numbers did better, with the other doing slightly less. The corn also looked better at harvest and stood better. Had good early vigor also. Just seems like a good company. The other seed I plant is owned by Monsanto. I like the products, but if they don't do any better than the competition and they are $30-60/bag more expensive for corn, a guy has to consider his bottom line.
