I talked to a tech at my IPS this afternoon. He couldn't figure out the problem. He had me connect directly to the server without using OE and everything worked fine. He suggested possibly it was a spyware issue & suggested I run Malware-bytes and try it again. I updated the latest version of MW & did a complete scan & it didn't show anything. I just got back in from spraying & tried accessing my e-mail account thru OE again & still wouldn't connect. Tech is out of office now & won't be back in till Friday afternoon.
I don't think distance is a problem as I am less than 1.5 miles from their tower.
