Michigan - Saginaw County | Corn price should stay up for the 13 crop.
After that, gut feeling and just assuming everything averages out eventually - we will have been through 5 years of rising prices by then - we will see a price decline. Dunno how much.
The kicker will be that by the end of the 13 season all the land owners will be demanding bigger bucks for the 14 year and that will be into the teeth of grain prices averaging downwards for 14-15-16 while seed/fuel/chemicals will be still going up
