Boy, it must not be that hard in all organic production. The local organic producer goes up the road and buys wheat from another guy who is non-organic for $1 over market and then blends it with his wheat to bring it up to acceptable quality. I would think that a couple trips a year would confirm what kind of crops he's raising, but it has been going on for several years.
