I have a feeling she lives in California.
I was taken to a farmers market in San Jose and I saw all the booths that were organic and gluten free. I was taken to a whole foods store. Or as I like to call it, scam city.
That area of California is over run with people disconnected with nature but convinced they are in harmony with nature by avoiding modern agricultures produce.
Seems like much of what I grow is bad for you
