| We have a CIH 1250 planter w/ row cleaners.We no-tilled beans into standing stalks this year without any problems. Yields were spotty but so was corn. Had some fields with light ground that beans were the best ever. This was our first year to plant 30" row beans in over 40 yrs other than some side by sides in the past. Had been in drilled beans, then 15" rows from 1978 till 2009 when we went to 20" corn & beans Made the switch back to 30" corn also. | |
