Southeast WI | For us this was the first time we had major trouble with them bunching up on the ends of the bean head. I usually like to go with the rows due to our field shapes, but this year I cut each field at a slight angle and end of problems. Typically even the standing stalks are real brittle and broken down by bean harvest, however with such little rain since harvest a year ago they stayed intact more than I've ever seen. | |
