Remember working to replace or repair transmission lines in 73 and 74 after they were destroyed by tornados in Ohio and Indiana. We would work 18 to 20 hours per day to get the power back on. I do not remember any crew member being confronted in a hostile manner. We worked as hard as we could with the resources we had and the residents of those states could not have been any nicer to us. Don't know if it is the difference in the times or the location. |
