You usually have a reference point, tile inlet or outlet, fence post, road side sign. Mark out a couple if possible. When you come back to find a tile line check your reference point. If the point is say 2 feet north and 5 feet west then all of the tile would be 2 north and 5 west of what your gps shows. If you are going to tile some more just move your base until reference points line up.
