Central Texas | Both were running down here, central Tx. The JD built one was running on a neighbor, all I know about it is that they were defiantly still in "prototype" phase because they weren't setting any records because it was sitting on the turn row alot, must still be tweaking it however still baled a respectful amount of cotton in the area. The homemade was was also nearby, only story I heard on it was that one day they turned on the lights in the evening and then the baler door wouldn't stay closed. Local dear came out and hooked up computer to it and showed something like 2000 fault codes. Also heard that JD was going to make 15 of those stripper/balers.
