might be one way to keep tonage up,noticed the packers are not complaining about carcass weight's as much as they use to-have a lot of neighbors that are feeding steer's to 15-1600# and shipping them south,my packer like's heifer's as they seldom get over 1500#
guess we might have fewer number's but still have the tonnage
