Central Iowa | What you are asking for is possible... but I don't think there is a commercial device that will accomplish this. I am working on a similar device.
I have set up some android phones to act as a storage device. The Integra pushes files to the phone (via usb cord) and the phone auto syncs with a "cloud". So the files are "instantly" available at your office or your crop consultants office.
Depending on the tablet, you may be able to use it as a mass storage device and transfer files with a usb cord.
