Ok. The NovAtel receiver cards are capable of generating GPS and GLONASS correction data in either RTCM v3 or CMR+ format, although the CMR+ format is different that what the Trimble receivers want for the GLONASS portion of the data stream.

Either you need a Trimble base for a Trimble rover to utilize GLONASS, or Trimble comes out with a firmware update to make their GLOASS-capable receivers able to use a industry-standard correction data format.
