NEND | For Grand Forks a UND hockey game would have been my first thing to do, but they are off that weekend. UND mens bball has a game the same day as the concert in the afternoon. They have a decent team this year and would be fun to tour the Ralph before the game if you have never been there. Other than that check out Cabelas and hit someplace to eat, Parrots Cay for wings (dive bar with amazing food) or the Blue Moose are my favorites. A few of the bars and hotels offer a shuttle to and from concerts for little or nothing. Easy way to get to and from the concert with delivery to the front door, which is a huge plus if it is cold. Other than that GF is a pretty boring place in the winter... | |
