4610 is a single section available in 7 and 9 shank. 4630 is 3 section available in 11 and 13 shank. The main frame is identical on all of them, so the 7 and 9 are plenty heavy as it is built to handle up to 13 shanks. On 425 hp, you would pull a 7 shank nicely and pull a 9 shank fairly well unless your in tough conditions. Buy a 9, if you can't pull it you can make it a 7.
