North of Iowa
The Landoll 2211 will give you the most constant results for blackness, mixing of residue and leaving field level. CIH 870 close, but have seen it have trouble in dry fluffy stalks, must have disk gang on 870 to get it black. Depending on soil and hill's a 11 or 13 shank would be all you can handle.
