Most of this has been said, but here is a list of what I would look at:

1. Tire pressure. If you have more than 20PSI in any tire, you're wrong. I would agree with the above recommendation of around 14 and 17.
2. Fluid, get rid of it.
3. Ballast front to rear. You should be around 45% front 55% rear if you are pulling that hard. You should also have about 120 lbs per PTO HP. That would mean about 29,000 lbs on that tractor.
4. Hitch height. If your chisel has multiple holes where the hitch mounts to the chisel, check and see what hole they recommend running in for the drawbar height of your tractor. Also check that your chisel is pulling level (front to rear).
5. Radar calibration
6. Make sure both your diff lock and MFWD are on AND working.
7. Call dealer, tell them to bring you a track tractor ;) (kidding, I'm kidding)
