I hear ya on salesmans. Just recently called about a 9650. Salesman said its a cherry, ready to go to the field. I asked him why the throat was laying on the ground in the picture. Gave me some BS answer. Asked to talk with shop mechanic and he proceeded to tell me about a hydraulic valve that is broke and the main display circuit board was failed.

So does anyone know what HP the 9650s came in then?

My all time favorite was when we were trading a 750 no till drill in for a air seeder. The salesman, who I was and still am good friends with is on the phone with a jockey in Sikeston when he holds his hand over the receiver and asks me what shape the drill is in. He never laid eyes on it, I told him it had quite a few bearings out and a lot of closing wheels were in the hopper after they fell off. So he tells the guy that its "field ready". He said whatever it took for him to make the sale.
