I would give some Archer oil a try. I know several guys that have used it after a overhaul an it stopped excessive consumption. They were having the exact same issue. Not saying this will stop it but its worth a shot. Search there website for more info. A good hard load sure would be agood thing for it i would think. Hope you can get it figured out. 1066s were nice powerful tractors.
