Maybe start witha 100 head building and go from there-a 160ft building-would give you 160ft of bunk-if you use 6x6 for your poles and a simple4-12 pitch rafter-you could get a building up pretty cheap,a 32ft wide building would give you really good airflow and that rafter is cheap,error on the long side of square ft per head-60sq per head is about 1/2 as much work for the bedding compared to 40sq ft per head,that and there's only one way the NE DEQ is going to go with Obama and his epa agenda-politics will have more to do with the rules then anything else!
