I am getting audited now, they say I need the settlement sheets. The settlement sheets have all the grain grades on the sheet, so I don't need any scale tickets. As far as selling to a neighbor, the scale ticket and check stub are good enough. To identify seperate fields I just count truck loads, and what I feed to livestock I count buckets of feed. What a joke. You insurance company may vary... Good Luck!!!
