There is no rent if you own... Plus rent is such a variable.

No rent if you own them? Arent you shorting yourself in the long run if you arent charging yourself the "opportunity cost?"
If you never charge yourself rent on an asset you own....how do you ever know if your operation is really payin' its way....?
