| We're the same way, rather do the tourist thing with a little more excitement. We stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki On The Beach. Great location, right on the beach, across the street from the Internation Market Place, within walking distance of everything. It has 2 or 3 restaurants which are all great. Like any other hotel or resort there, there are different room packages depending on how much ocean view you want. Check out their website. I would recommend the circle island tour and Pearl Harbor for sure.
