Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | I poured some 6" slabs a couple days ago. I just covered them with plastic after watering them down. Actually had to water them almost constantly after we poured, was 40-50* with a dry wind. They were warm the next morning under the plastic, but it has since started freezing at night, lows of 16-20*, so we threw some straw over the top. Couple inches of straw is more than enough if the pad temp is very warm. Couple inches of snow this morning on top of the straw but it is warm underneath it.
I wouldn't worrry if it is that warm. Concrete actually doesn't freeze until around 27*, and it generates heat for the first night. The experts say 5-7 days it should be protected from freezing, but remember that isn't 32* One layer of plastic will actually help quite a bit if it is just barely freezing.
