Subject: Re: No till drill

Located in Ohio, crops are soybeans, corn, and some wheat. Biggest tractor I have is a JD 4430, 2wd about 130 hp. I'd like to buy used but I'm not opposed to buying new. I have JD, Case, etc dealers all in a 40 mile radius from my farm. I've thought about a 10' foot JD 1590 drill because I rent a 15' 1590 and my 4430 pulls it fine usually but I have some small hills it needs to be pulled up and I feel like getting a smaller model would help with that. But one thing I don't particually care for on the 1590's is the dolly wheel on the tongue. But I know those can be taken off.
