That is interesting as a guy I know just is in the process of raising another 100MM for another land fund as we speak. (think they threw 30-40 into land across the midwest last year)
Edit* - Not saying I am all bullish about buying land. I have wanted to not put money into Ag assets for about 12 months now. Waiting for a reset myself.
