| I had trouble with mine when I first upgraded. Someone told me to reset the phone by briefly pushing the home button and the on/off button on top at the same time. The screen will flash blank for an instant when you do it correctly. It fixed mine, but this is only a suggestion. I don't know why it did or if it will help anything.
BTW, you will need to be at the home screen when you do this.
