No, it isn't worth it, $250 at best or app. weight in scrap steel. Little bins are a pain in the rear, and I have four. You will need a good sump in one if you rebuild it, new transitions and used fans, and if you are like me, a better ladder. Vacs are great for these little bins, clean it out no shoveling. Me, I would keep looking.
