Electricity.  Think of how the US runs on it.  We will also need/have it, even if the gov. has to take it over to keep it running.  With out elec. the masses would go nuts.

Think elec. utilities.

We all need a place to hang our hat.  Some say the shack out housing is not over.  Where or where will they live.

Think apartments.
