Subject: Adding ext. switch to ez guide 500

Snipesville, GA
I am going to use an external switch to activate my coverage logging on my spreader truck. I know I need a relay to connect pins 4 and 5. I have my own cable coming today from a computer store. How do I determine which pins are 4 and 5? Are the wires color coded or do I need to use a multimeter set to ohms and do the process of elimination. I could also find the wire ends by checking continuity between the plug and where I cut my wire but I don't know which pins on the harness are 4 and 5 when I look at it.

Thanks for any input.
