Jackson County, AL | Do you take fertilizer/billable inputs out of landlord's share at harvest or bill them before harvest? We only have a couple of landlords who want to write a check for their share of bills, the rest are fine with deducting it from their check. I can see where some landlords wouldn't have the money in the middle of the year to pay for inputs. I would think that eventually with systems like the automatic crop reporting that Deere has you would be able to do automatic input billing as well, especially on custom acres? | |
