Put a beed roast in, put kitchen bouquet on top of roast, with some pepper and anyother seasonings. Add any veggies that you want with it,maybe some potatoes, add water, then put on slow setting. Roast will be tender and great. sometimes I add a package of beef gravy onto the roast, makes the best gravy. This is mrs.
