Subject: EZ Guide 500/EZ Steer using Headland Pattern

I had a customer call today that has an EZ Steer running omnistar xp. He is doing custom strip till and is very happy with the system. He wants to steer his second pass on the headlands and I told him to try the Headland pattern. I have used this feature on the EZ Guide Plus but never thought to try it on a 500. I personally don't like it on the plus because I don't care for the way it screws up the display (it shows the headland line and not the swath in the field your looking for) when turning around in the headland after the field is opened up.

He does have a good reason for steering on the headlands and just wondering if anyone is having success doing this with the same setup?

We have customers doing this successfully with the autopilot/insight combination when planting but not with EZ Steer/500.
