I try to remember the story I once heard of an Amish man that went to visit his new neighbor.  When he got there they were still unloading all of the stuff and complaining about how much work it took just to move.  The Amish man looked around for a little bit and then told the man that "if you show me what you need to live, I'll show you how you can live without it." 

Like I mentioned, I try to remember this story, but it hasn't made much of a difference in my life. (yet!)
