Martinsville, Ohio
Muriate of potash, the red product has been $505 or so at the river all fall. By the time it gets up here an hour away, add $100 from your local dealer.

Potassium Sulfate, the white product is probably $50 a ton higher on average. It seems local suppliers will end up with a pink product, a blend of the two and I imagine they buy on price and availability and just dump it into one pile rather than keep it separated, I don't know.

They are both good products. You have to determine which you have and how to use it. The white product will be 50% potassium, the red around 60% and the blends somewhere inbetween but more like 52-53% in my fertilizer tests but higher in sulfur.
