Springfield, MN | I used to sell seed for a company. They seemed to favor the large customer also. They wanted a lot of information about the customer so they could address needs. Well I decided I would like to do other things, so I quit. They never said thank you for your service and NO one has ever come to see if I still wanted to plant their seed. It was like I was too small to bother with. I know two dealers that did the same in my area and no one hears anything from the company. Some how they seem to still be in business but not in this area.
This company used to address all their dealers by name. When I quit I was only a number. It might be more the times we live in. Its not the way to go. | |
