....and I have the soil tests to prove you right!

New farm for me and very wet! Very little tile added (yet there were three large county tile running through to hook to)! I have a field next to this which I would routinely be planting or harvesting, on mine while the new field would have a couple of feet of water standing.

To add to that.... other than Nh3 & some starter for corn.........I never remember seeing a dry spreader there in my memory ( well over 30 years).

I have attached the soil test results below......


Looks like I have my work cut out for me......

Note: sample with an (s) denotes a subsoil sample.

Note2; tile was installed on this farm this spring every 60 foot. (see pic)

Note 3: Cyst nematodes are through the roof. Samples contained counts of 212 cysts/42,000+ eggs  (anything over 10 cysts & 2,000 eggs is considered High)!! My lowest sample contained 37 cysts/ 6,600 eggs!
