My observation here that is true, Dan. The wetter the soil the more lime my sample calls for generally. Our soils are pretty acidic 3 feet down, I don't know if yours are or not. It really needs tile but I have been known to have the lime guy dump a load in the wettest spot when it is ever is dry enough to get on and doesn't have a crop on it. A load of gypsum would even be better in my case.

Mine are low in everything and rarely high in anything.
