| I actually believe that corn on corn with a reduced tillage system like you are talking results in less erosion than a no-till corn/soybean rotation. Probably also increases organic matter more.
I had no no-till COC this year, but my friend said his was 30 bu better than the tilled corn on corn. Dryland here. My seed dealer is telling me that a tillage pass this spring in soybean stubble is cost guys 20-30 bu/acre.
I am still going to work up my corn on corn ground this fall. Corn on bean ground will be no-till as usual. Beans will all be no-till.
