Yes there are STS/RR beans out there. When several Monsanto owned seed companies released them a few years back our premium for STS beans disappeared.

I have used Sycrony STS on small plants but then almost always needed to follow up with a PPO inhibitor when the plants got larger. Last year in the dry spell before we got moisture from hurricane Dennis, my beans "accidentally" got 2X the Syncrony STS rate with zero damage to the bean plant. Unfortunately it only stops the waterhemp from growing for about 2 weeks. By that time we got rain and the beans had grown another 12" or so. Then I came back with Phoenix.
