Subject: RE: RTK Problems

What kind of terrain are you running on? Since you're having to shift your track 2.4"-4.8", you may be running into additional error because of Deere's single axis tilt compensation. One thing to remember: RTK is only as good as the processing equipment which is using the signal. Another possibility is that you are fighting rutting. Are you tires trying to pull themselves out of ruts in order to achieve 0" of error? It's amazing what ruts can do to machinery behavior in terms of "pulling in" tractors, combines, planters, etc.
