the tach sensor will be on the flywheel , spedo sensor will be on the transmission output shaft .the spedo sensor should read 7-900 ohms with a multimeter (if my memory is correct) .fix the wires first and see if it starts working . i have had this training /teaching job for 5 years ,so im getting a little rusty on my wrench pulling .
