Saw one of those I believe in Kearney NE maybe?

I wonder how many people actually confuse them with the real Omaha Steaks?

and he'll be gone from the parking lot never to be seen again before you even get the grill fired up, we probably lose more long term beef business from those clowns than we ever gain

Many towns have a transient merchant license requirement. Our local small town had a tin sign posted at the edge of town stating it.
And Dept of Ag certification is needed on the freezer, and of course the the meat inspected too.

Back around '99 when hog prices tanked, a group of hog farmers from Pipestone, rented a freezer semi and hit the road selling cheap pork in the Twin Cities. They got a lot of publicity on the news for taking a stand on low farmer prices, and high consumer prices. Turns out they were out of compliance. Oops!

I believe those are 4oz ribeyes probably about the size of a silver dollar and about as thick as a 1/4 McDonalds burger patty

They came through here earlier in the year, and they were grilling them right in the parking lot. Now the ones they grill and the ones they sell may be different. Didn't have time to try them out but I was sure curios about the quality for sure!
